Where Lawndale was upper class, Haverbrook was middle class with delusions of grandeur.
Abundant with gentrified and attempted upscale apartment neighbourhoods, the architecture of North Haverbrook tended towards the faux-historical and nostalgic. But for all its pretense this area could never really escape its industrial roots, most especially the Menuxet Worsted Mills, whose tower-like bulk still rises out of the muck like a piece of shrapnel from wounded flesh.
Most of southern Haverbrook is today a tangle of industrial rubble and flooded muck. It is Raider territory, and overrun with ghouls, both feral and sentient.
